At Prickly Pear Essentials we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to begin the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and unused due to sanitary reasons.

All returns are subject to a one-time shipping and handling fee and must be shipped within 14 days from the return approval. We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels. 

We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Start by returning the item you have, and then placing a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
